The Recent Satellite Imagery option in the Basemaps Menu provides satellite imagery that is generally about 1 month old and works with both 2D and 3D modes. Recent Satellite Imagery is available in the US only, has slightly less resolution than our normal Satellite imagery, and may show haze, snow, or other obscuring factors. This feature is available for Elite Members.
