There are two reasons you may not be able to log in:
- You are on the "Create an Account" screen instead of the "Login" screen.
- Your onX email or password is different than the one you're using to log in.
Do you see this message? - "An onX account exists for this email. Please log in."
This means you are on the "Create an Account" screen instead of the "Login" screen. Tap "Already have an account?" to go to the "Login" screen.
Do you see this message? - "The email or password you provided is not correct."
Please double-check that your email address and password are typed correctly, phone screens have small keyboards, and making a typo is easy. If everything is typed correctly, click here for instructions on how to reset your password.
