Canceling your Membership or turning off automatic renewal

If you need to cancel your onX Offroad Membership, you can do so from the onX Offroad App or the Web Map. After canceling, you'll keep access to all paid features until your current subscription term ends, at which point your account switches to a free Basic Membership.

How to cancel from the onX Offroad App

1. Open the onX Offroad App and tap the Main Menu button in the upper-left corner.
2. Tap My Account > Manage Subscriptions.
3. Tap Cancel or Manage Subscription.

How to cancel from a computer

Click here to go directly to your Membership management page on the Web Map, or follow these steps:

1. Go to onxmaps.com and click Log In or Open Map in the upper-right corner.
2. Select Offroad Map from the drop-down menu and enter your email and password if prompted.
3. Click My Account & Settings in the toolbar to the left of your map.
4. Click My Account.
5. Click Manage next to your onX Offroad Membership.
6. Click Cancel or Manage Subscription.

Note: If you see a message indicating that your Membership is managed through Apple or Google, you'll need to cancel it from your device's App Store or Play Store subscriptions.
