What is the onX Offroad Elite Membership?
The Elite Membership for onX Offroad combines all the features you get with a Premium Membership with private property boundaries and landowner information for all 50 states.

How to upgrade to an onX Offroad Elite Membership from a Premium Membership
Thank you for choosing to upgrade to the onX Offroad Elite Membership! We want to make your upgrade experience as quick and seamless as possible. Please follow the steps below and if you encounter frustrations or issues, please contact our customer service team.
When you upgrade from onX Offroad Premium to onX Offroad Elite, it is important that you do NOT cancel your Premium Membership, and upgrade using the same purchase method you used to purchase your Premium Membership. This way you:
- Are not billed for two memberships at once.
- Receive credit for the remaining time on your Premium Membership.
Depending on how you signed up originally, your Membership could be billed through Apple, Google, or onXmaps.com. To find your purchase method, click here to log into the account info page.
If your purchase method is onXmaps.com, log into your onX Offroad account on our website, www.onXmaps.com.
If you're asked to create an account, click "Login" next to "Already have an account?" and enter the email address attached to your onX Offroad Premium Membership.
If your billing source is Apple or *Google, upgrade to Elite through the onX Offroad App. Open the onX Offroad App and tap the Main Menu Button in the upper left corner.
Tap "Go Elite" or "Upgrade."
If you can't find your billing source, or didn't receive credit for the remaining time in your Premium Membership, please contact our customer service team by email at help@onxmaps.com or by phone at (406)540-1602 and we will personally get you taken care of. We generally respond to all customer contacts within 24 business hours.
*Google will apply the payment you made for Premium to your Elite upgrade by changing your Membership renewal date based on the remaining time in Premium. When your Membership renews, you will be charged the full price for Elite.
