If you need a refund for your onX Offroad Membership, the process depends on how your Membership is billed. Billing is handled by onXmaps.com, Apple, or Google, and the fastest way to get your refund is to go directly to the right source. This article walks you through finding your billing source and getting your refund quickly.
Find out how you're billed
You've got two ways to check your billing source:
From the onX website: Log in at onxmaps.com/account, select the onX Offroad tab, and look for the payment method listed under your Membership. It'll show either onXmaps.com, Apple, or Google.
From the onX Offroad App: Tap the Main Menu, then go to My Account > Manage Subscriptions. Your billing source is listed there. You can also cancel your Membership from this screen.
Billed through onXmaps.com
If your Membership is billed through onXmaps.com, contact our support team directly at help@onxmaps.com. Include the email address on your onX account to expedite the process—we typically respond to all contacts within 24 business hours.
Billed through Apple (iPhones and iPads)
If your Membership is billed through Apple, your refund needs to go through Apple directly — onX isn't able to process refunds for App Store purchases. Apple handles all billing and refund decisions for purchases made through the App Store.
