Go & Track lets you record your ride and log your path, time, distance, average speed, and elevation gain and loss. Completed Tracks are saved to your My Content menu and can be shared with other onX Offroad users.
How to start recording a Track
Tap the Go & Track button in the bottom-right corner of the map. This centers the map on your current location and orients it in the direction you're facing.
Tap Record Track to begin recording your path, time, distance, and speed.
During your ride
While recording, the Go & Track menu shows your current speed, elapsed time, distance traveled, and elevation. Use the buttons in the upper-right corner of the screen to adjust your view or mark your location:
Top down—bird's eye view with a fixed heading that rotates as you move.
Perspective—tilts the map to see further ahead.
North-Up—locks the map into a north-up orientation.
Mark Location—instantly saves a Waypoint at your current location.
Pausing and saving Tracks
Tap the Pause button to pause or end your recording.
Tap Resume to continue recording.
Tap End > Save to save the Track to your My Content menu.
Tap End > Delete to permanently delete the Track.
