If you've forgotten your onX password or need to reset it, you can do so from the login screen in your onX App or on the Web Map. All you'll need is the email address associated with your onX account.
How to reset your password
If you’re logged out of your account and can’t remember your password:
- On the login screen, click or tap Forgot your password?
- Enter the email address associated with your onX account and click or tap Continue.
- If an account exists for that email address, you’ll receive an email with a six-digit recovery code.
- Enter the six-digit code in the provided field and click or tap Continue.
- Enter your new password in the provided field and select Continue to save it.
