"An onX account exists for this email."
This message means you're on the Create an Account screen instead of the Login screen. Tap Already have an account? Log In to get to the Login screen.
"The email and/or password entered did not match our records."
Usually this means either your onX account is linked to a different email address than the one provided, or there's a typo.
Double-check that your email address and password are typed correctly—phone keyboards make typos easy. If everything looks right, it's likely that your password isn't what you think it is and you'll need to reset your password.
If you don't receive an email, your onX account is likely linked to a different email address.
